Misty Morning

We just spent a couple of days in Lake Macquarie after visiting Newcastle for Janina's wedding and are on our way back now.

For the sake for our deep keeled friends, I hope the dredging of the channel starts soon. At a couple of points we only had 0.7 M under our keel, limiting access to boats drawing more than 1.8 M.

Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at Styles Point, as always. One of our all time favourite anchorages. Easy access to the shore, no oysters on the rocks and pretty parkland where dogs are allowed, make it an excellent destination for us.

And that early morning mist, makes it worth while taking the dog ashore at 6.00 am....
