While a little more wind would have been nice, we had a very pleasant last leg back to Pittwater. We decided to give way to an oil tanker getting into Botany Bay, which was wise, but other than that it was an uneventful day.

Back at Jibbon
We had a comfortable sail back to Port Hacking from Crookhaven. As a bonus, there was a spare buoy waiting for us at Jibbon Beach, guarded by a Pied Cormorant.
First Light 2007
After a very nice and sociable dinner on Amadeus on New Year's Eve (thanks Bill and Noelle), we didn't stay up late. As we often do, we welcomed the New Year by getting up before dawn and welcoming the first light of the new year (as well as taking Jake for a p...).
By 0630 we were underway, destination to Crookhaven. Passing Point Perpendicular in the early morning light was a treat. A very imposing view.
