We had a maginficent sail down the coast from Pittwater to Port Hacking to start our cruise to the South Coast yesterday. Joy was tied to an appointment ashore and we were joined by Brother Harry, his son Michael as well as Troy. Conditions could not have been better. Easterly 12-17 knots, sunny but cool. HArry was in the driving seat and we sailed all the way. Meanwhile, Harry, Michael and Troy have gone home and we're off further down the coast. Follow along at skipr.net

Good to hear that you're enjoying fine sailing conditions.
You might want to tell Joy that she has something to look forward to on her return: a couple (or three) of John Dunning's "Bookman" series of detective novels -- depending on how many I manage to read. The hero, Cliff Janeway, is not quite up to Harry Bosch standard but he comes pretty close.
And we still owe you the latest Harry Bosch! Joy has finished it and to finish it is one of my duties this trip(as is reading Richard Dawkins's "The God Delusion")
